Access Control
Securix retains agreements with most major hardware and software manufacturers to acquire, integrate (as required), install and maintain their equipment. Our staff is skilled to respond to the needs of any current or planned installation, and our training program ensures these skills are constantly upgraded with the latest available technologies.
Securix is in the enviable position of being able to take over and maintain existing accounts or install new accounts at the customer’s discretion and desire.
CCTV Monitoring

Parking Control
Parking technologies have embraced current technology with an open system architecture. Securix integration provides multiple levels are high and commonly linked at the database level; supporting web-based, browser style management interface, user portals for self administration
of customer data, SQL database, and network (CAT 5) connectivity right down to the in-lane entry, exit and pay-on-foot units.
Securix provides seamless, remote management with real time revenue & reporting normally only seen in high-end options in the parking industry. The folding in of current technology is available to achieve maximum benefit of existing infrastructure, maximum facility integration, and the ever-increasing importance of maximum ROI.
Fire Control
Securix staff is knowledgeable in both national and local code requirements. Our Company retains agreements with most major manufacturers and distributors to acquire, integrate, install, and most importantly maintain their products. Full CAD type drawings both “As-Builds” and “As-Found” and O&M Manuals are provided in all cases associated with Fire Controlled Systems providing a platform for both service and semi-annual inspections when supported by our Company. In additional we are able to seal our drawings respectfully by state for full submission for local and state permit request when requested to do so.

Video Badge Making
Securix staff is skilled with the tools offered by the access control providers that have integrated badge-making applications. In addition, Securix personnel are skilled in several of the stand-alone badge-making packages.
There are three options available for implementing this capability:
In-house (i.e., @ the customer site):
Securix will provide the equipment, the installation, and the training. The customer will operate and manage the badge-making production.
Mixed Environments:
Securix provides the digital camera and accoutrements to enable the customer capture the employee images. The camera (or digital images) is forwarded to Securix, and then the badges can be produced and delivered to the customer.
Securix provided:
Securix can set up and perform the entire effort. Most likely, the employee images will be captured on the customer site, while the remainder of the badge-making effort will be conducted at the Securix facilities.
Off-Site Facility Monitoring
Securix currently maintains locally owned monitoring 24 x 7 (24-hour per day, 7-day per week) facilities monitoring and control station, this Central Security Operation Center (CSOC) provides customers with services that enables a customer to outsource to Securix the entire monitoring and management effort, or split the responsibilities in one of several ways with CSOC.
CSOC can handle the entire effort, being outsourced by the customer, and save the customer immeasurably. One, the customer will not have to staff a control center. Two, the customer will not have to build a control center. And three, the customer will not have to maintain storage (of data records) and archive facilities. A significant overhead burden may be virtually eliminated.
This monitoring and management can be set up on a shared basis. Depending upon current arrangements, conditions, and staffing considerations, the customer may opt to have CSOC provide the services during off hours (evenings, nights, and weekends), during specific periods, or by customizing a service contract. The cost avoidance and cost effective studies can be developed with Securix assisting.
System Integration
Because of Securix extensive experience background and sophisticated skill levels, virtually any integration effort is possible. Therefore, a customer desirous of an entire new system can be assured that Securix is the right agent for the job. Or if a customer’s facility has an existing system that is to be added to or modified, again Securix is the best agent for the job.
Pulling together any of the pieces of a facilities management puzzle that are beyond Securix experience and skill levels (e.g., HVAC equipment, lighting control systems, large labor pull projects including IEBW sources, etc.) are often requirements. In these situations Securix enters into a partnering arrangement or a subcontract set up by which the skills that are needed can be enjoined. Securix will take responsibility for and assure that the job will get done.
